Our company

MelodyMaker Italo and eigthies disco webshop has it's origin in the Hague where it was located at the Theresia straat. In 1998  the webshop was launched. Due to the lack of exsiting open source solutions this entire shop was written as a CGI solution in Perl by Henry.  

After this the sales increased and become more webbased. This resulted in closing the store in 2003 and put all the efforts to the online sales.  In 2011 Gerrit did the shop over to Henry and Danja.

Henry, 12-05-1966

He has never been a hardcore Italo fan. Just likes the music. But for many years a good friend of Gerrit, Edward Den Heijer of Iventi and Radiostad Den Haag, Tom Szilagyi (aka DJ Tom Verhoeven) which is the man behind Vlietstad.com and many others which have their roots in the Italo scene.

For a living he earns his money as freelance web developer. His website is located at http://www.devit.nl.

Danja, 28-04-1977

Danja is still thinking of something to write...

With much dedicaton Danja takes care of the Italo part while Henry puts his efforts in the Syntheser part and networking. The technical part and hosting is done by Henry's company.
